The owners were amazingly friendly and gave us an unbeatable rate. The facilities were top-notch with a flat-screen TV, fridge, and powerful air conditioning. The location was perfect, surrounded by great shops, bars, and a lively night market. The 10-minute walk to the beach was enjoyable, passing through a fantastic mall and vibrant main strip. We also loved the happy hour at the hotel's bar. The staff took EXCELLENT care of us, always with a warm smile and welcoming nature. The rooms, while not luxurious, were comfortable and clean. The shower had great water pressure and there was always nice hot water. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with a choice of eggs, bacon, toast, tea. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The drink prices were reasonable and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. We will definitely choose to stay here again, as it was fantastic value for money.

Difficult to park big passenger van

it is super convenient to walk around the heart of phuket which is the patong beach and the jungceylon shopping centre. Close to a lot of pubs and disco but not to a point that the loud music and tourist voices can disturb you sleep.

the bathroom is clean however the toilet did not function that well, however after 2 days of room cleaning it somehow return back to normal(perhaps the staff repair it)

Amazing Place, Close to Everything

I arrived late at night, and was pleasantly surprised by the pre-booked taxi waiting for me. Although a bit expensive, it was worth it for the convenience. The Thai guy who greeted me at the guesthouse was friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and had a balcony overlooking Soi Banzan. The highlight was definitely the shower, which I have to say was the best in Phuket. The location of the guesthouse was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Bangla Road and another 5 minutes to the beach. I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a pleasant stay at the guesthouse. The staff were lovely and accommodating, allowing us to switch floors for a quieter room. The shower was great with powerful water pressure and regulated temperature. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The location was ideal, right in the middle of Patong. We even decided to extend our stay because overall, it was worth it.

The owners of the guesthouse are a very friendly,welcoming Australian couple.The Thai staff (speak good english)are equally friendly.!The rooms are clean and comfortable with air-conditioning,rooms cleaned and beds made every day.They have an excellent Thai chef,local specialities as well as more international dishes. The guesthouse is situated on a lively,bustling street...good for people-watching and a cold beer in the bar,before heading into town.Bangla Rd.(for all the crazy nightime action) is 5mins walk away.Patong beach is 10 mins.The covered fresh market (must-see!) is 2 mins away.As well as international guests,quite a few Ex-Pats drop in for a drink...a very sociable lot too!!

It was a nice room which was cleaned every day and handy location to everything. Close by was a great food market where you could get good food for dinner at nice price. Nothing to complain about, everything was ok at this hotel and we would stay there again.

Close to the bar street, shopping center, and the beach. The room with the balcony is so great for making the wet swimming wears dry.

Very noisy during night. You could hear the motobikes passing by you windows. The bed was not comfertable enough, and decoration was too old.

With the hotel's all-day continental breakfast, I could feast like a king and tackle the day ahead with a belly full of deliciousness.
